• Started by Ashok Puri, direct acolyte of Sensei Masaaki Imai- Kaizen Guru and later an associate of Mark Deluzio MD. Lean Horizons Consulting, USA.
• Were part of Masaaki Imai led Kaizen Institute India for about 10 years.
• Combined industry experience of over 75 years in Manufacturing (Auto, Textile, Steel, FMCG, Pharma, Engg. sectors) & Services (Healthcare, Hospitality, Education, Construction, IT/ITes etc) sectors.
• Expertise in Organization Excellence Both for the Manufacturing and Services sector in Govt. and Private sectors.
• We excel in Manufacturing Excellence Training/Certification, Consulting & Execution of Lean Fundamentals as apart of SLIM, a proprietary program of LICG.
